Ableton and Python

Up until now we can generate some midi in python, now we must send it to ableton to be read and connected to the different instruments.

For windows we need some external software that creates virtual ports that midi files can travel through, I am using LOOP MIDI to create an in and out put port.

In THIS VIDEO I generate a MIDI file and directly send it to ableton to be played.

This is one way to send and generate audio, the other way is to use the magenta studio and OSC to create and send it to ableton. and that method will be the next thing on the test list.
