to get the output from Unreal to resolume I had to options Spout or NDI, I tried to setup both of them to see which one works better in the projector room.
Spout is the windows version of mac's syphon that send captured video data to another program locally. and NDI sends it's data through the network rather than locally which allows us to run the programs on another computer if needed.
